Fwd: Frustrations

Oh, and (3) mail clients that insist that HTML Help files sent to help friends are 'executables' that can't be sent; and (4) email interfaces to blogs that treat your various sender accounts as though they were different people.

(1) Programs that crash when closed normally, but prevent you from doing anything, including shutting down the system to 'clear' them.

(2) Suddenly launched mysterious dialogues that 'steal' focus from the last form field of an application/document you are about to close.

In short, programs that are too dazzlingly brilliant for their users.
